Stayed in neat comfort apartment with an extra bed, storage space. Had a hairdryer, a spa bathtub, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. The hotel had a favourable location easy walk to an art museum. We liked the property and would stay here again.

the location was incredible, relatively close to a unique historic museum. there were a mall and a supermarket around the hotel. the room with jacuzzi. it was nice to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge available.

I had a fantastic experience at the Residenz Am Zwinger Aparthotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the #11 tram. The highlight was definitely the convenience of having a washing machine in the apartment. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a coffee shop on the 5th floor that became my morning ritual. The apartment was spacious, with large rooms and a massive walk-in closet. The master bathroom even had a sauna, which was a great bonus. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking meals. The pull down bed in the living room was comfortable, and the second full bathroom with a washer and dryer was a big plus. I was impressed with everything and can't wait to stay here again.

The location of Residenz Am Zwinger Aparthotel was amazing, with easy access to the #11 tram. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen and excellent wifi. The free coffee on the 5th floor was a pleasant surprise. Despite the heat wave, the apartment was quiet and comfortable with the windows closed. I had a great stay at Residenz Am Zwinger and would definitely recommend it.

Wow, what a great value for the money! The room at this aparthotel was new, modern, and spacious. The location was absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to all the tourist spots and the charming old town. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Best things - Great location and brand new facilities with loads of room. It was easy to get to all the tourist hotspots and that saved us loads of money on transport. The apartment was super comfortable and spotless clean. The view from the terrace was amazing and we enjoyed every second there!

Worst things - The staff spoke limited English and didn't seem very happy to help. It was hard to communicate with them and they didn't offer us any assistance during our check-in.

This hotel in Dresden is an absolute gem. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center and just a stone's throw away from the famous Zwinger castle. You can easily explore all the major sights on foot or hop on the nearby tram. Secondly, the staff here is top-notch. They are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Thirdly, the rooms are simply fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious and well-appointed apartment, complete with a balcony and even a jacuzzi. The attention to detail and the lovely facilities provided truly made my stay special. Lastly, the breakfast here is worth mentioning. The variety and quality of the food offered were impressive, ensuring a great start to each day.
